Vintage surer rare remote control Sea Ranger made by Gama in the early 1980's
Made in Germany & designed by
Luigi Colani a
German industrial designer
Chrome plastic antenna end is broke off into the body as shown in last picture. This is not the functional antenna but just for looks. It could be glued or drill out the broken part and the antenna could be placed into the hole
Measures about 14-1/2" long
I loaded it with new batteries and it is not a fast moving r/c car but it does move forward/reverse and turns but it seems like the unit needs to be taken apart and the connections cleaned & possibly the gears cleaned & lubed? because it does not always do the functions as it should by the remote either way it really makes a nice display piece and the condition shows it was hardly used/played
