Turn your lights on or off and make scheduling adjustments, even when you're not home. As long as your smartphone or tablet has Wi-Fi, 3G, or 4G access, you can communicate with your Belkin F7C030FC WeMo Light Switch, which works with your home's existing Wi-Fi network.
Create Custom Notifications and Schedules
You can assign multiple lights to groups that are all governed by the same rule. For example, you can turn on all the living room lights at specific times on specific days. By entering your city into the WeMo app, you can also schedule your lights to respond to sunset and sunrise.
Do-It-Yourself Installation
Belkin provides a physical guide as well as a quick online video explaining how to easily and safely install the WeMo Light Switch in place of your old switches. Four wire nuts you'll need for installation are included, so you won't have to run to the hardware store.
Because of its built-in Wi-Fi, the Belkin WeMo Light Switch is not compatible with metal faceplates, which interfere with Wi-Fi signal. The switch is also incompatible with multilocation control switches.
