Designed for the Security Professional, the Series 1000 Alarm Panel Valve Controller can be installed and integrated into homes or businesses existing security alarm systems.
Series 1000 Alarm Panel Valve Controller
The Series 1000 Alarm Panel Valve Controller has connection terminals that allow the Leak Gopher valve to be controlled by contact closures from a conventional security system. If your security system has water sensors, simply program the system to close a normally open contact when a water sensor gets wet and connect that contact to terminals on the Leak Gopher. When the contact closes the water will be turned off. You can use another set of terminals to open the valve if you choose. There is also a set of terminals to power the Leak Gopher from the 12VDC power supply in the alarm panel or you can power it using the included 12-volt power adapter.
The Series 1000 Alarm Panel Valve Controller also has buttons on the front of the device to allow the user to control the valve manually. Leaving home and don’t want to be worried about water leaks? Press the button and turn off the water as you leave. You can even program your security system to turn off the water when you arm the system and turn the water back on when the system is disarmed.
