Pair Of Hand Carders Wool Blending Carding Available in 4 Different Sizes. Please read the measurements before ordering
A pair of very light weight wool hand carder combs for carding wool fleece, cotton or silk for spinning and felting.  Use together or one at a time to separate fibers and fluff up your fleece.
Use them for blending roving so you can make your own custom colors. I put blended some white fleece with some brown roving in the photo and it looked perfect for making a life like needle felted dog or cat of many different breeds.
The wooden handle is very comfortable on the hand and easy to use.  The extra large handle is 4.5 inches ( 11.43 cm) and the small, medium and  large, medium and small handle is 2.75 inches (7 cm).The photos show a comparison of large and extra large sizes. These are the 2 sizes I use for preparing wool fleece for my felting projects. I like the Extra Large because the handles are longer and a better shape than the other sizes and they are more comfortable in my hand  to use than the small, medium and large combs. I use the large and extra large for different projects but I recommend the extra large pair if you are going to buy one pair.
.The stainless steel tines length is about 1/2 inch (1.5 cm). The back of the plate is stainless steel also. This makes them very light weight and easy on your wrists when you use them.
They come in 4 different sizes:
Small:  2.36 inches x 1.73 inches (6 cm x 4.4 cm) ,
Medium : 3.5 inches x 1.75 inches (  8.7 x  4.4 cm,)
Large:  4 inches wide  x 2.16 inches (12 cm x 5.5 cm)
Extra Large:  4 inches wide x 2.95 inches (12 cm x 7.5 cm)
They are probably not suitable for making rolags for spinning because
they are smaller than Ashford or other more expensive wood backed carders
