Q. My cooler leaks from the lid when it?s turned on its side or flipped upside down. Does this mean it?s not sealing?
A. No. These coolers are designed to remain right side up. The weight of the lid, the gasket, and locking the latches creates the seal. Once tipped, this weakens the seal of the lid gasket and can cause water to seep out.
