I would say, yes, although I could not find a bottle neck this size to test it on. The inflexible metal loops at the end, that hold the end bristles, measures 1/2", giving room for those end bristles to get through It slides right in, easily, in a 7/8" bottleneck.

I reuse glass Tejava Tea bottles for iced tea on camping and road trips. They are awesome because they don't leak and are slender and easily fit in coolers and RV refrigerator doors without taking up a lot of space. This is an OK bottle brush. It is somewhat flexible, which may or may not be a good thing, depending on what it is used for. It is a pretty typical, "old fashioned" type of brush, but with a long handle. The biggest negative, to me, is that the end of the brush is quite soft, and not really "scrubby", to get an oily film out of the bottom of the carafe I have to clean. All in all, it works pretty good, and makes cleaning said carafe much easier than it was before. and I am glad I purchased it.
